Upper Darby and Cheltenham

Drive through Cheltenham for the first time in forever yesterday. I was struck by how similar it was to Upper Darby: the western edge reminds me of Drexel Hill, in the eastern bordering Philadelphia reminded me of the area is close to 69th St. Does anyone else feel they are similar in character?

Avalon Flooring Customer Service Rant

Is it me or is the customer service at Avalon Flooring lacking? You are greeted when you walk in, than no one is interested in helping you. You practically have to hunt someone down, and even then, they don't seem eager to help. Is one location specifically better than any of the others?
