Honor problem help 🔴🔴🔴

My Honor X9b won't take photos or screenshots. It keeps saying I don't have enough storage, but my internal storage is actually almost empty (100GB+ free). The error comes from "System UI" — "Can't save because you don't have enough storage space." I've already tried restarting, clearing the camera cache, and clearing Media Storage data, but nothing works. Has anyone had this and fixed it?
