NUH Parking Lots for Motorcycle

First time riding to NUH, I can’t seem to find much info about motorcycle parking there besides a post years ago where a bunch of motorcycles were clamped for parking at car lots and comments said due to insufficient motorcycle lots or something. Is this still true? Is there any nearby places I can park just in case?

Are these KPs?

I have them all over my legs and arms, been using Cerave salycic acid cream for more than a month and honestly I dont see any improvement. I have eczema as well since I was a kid but I started to notice these in my adult years and its starting to bother me. Should I see a skin specialist?
