Location: Remote (Kenya)
Compensation: $400 USD/month Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Commissions
Hours: Full-Time (Must be available during overlapping US business hours)
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and confident individual based in Kenya to join our growing team as a Business Development & Appointment Setter.
This role involves speaking with business owners in the United States, introducing our services, identifying potential opportunities, and booking qualified strategy calls with our team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients using pre-approved lead lists and outreach systems.
Your primary objective is to build relationships, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our bookkeeping, consulting, market research, feasibility reporting, and business support services.
You will not be responsible for delivering the services yourself. Your focus is generating qualified opportunities and helping grow the business.
Responsibilities
• Contact business owners and decision-makers in the United States
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
• Introduce company services professionally
• Build rapport and identify business needs
• Qualify potential clients
