Arc Flash Injury

Arc Flash Injury

Edit:
I am 5’10 F 27 160
Marijuana user and have POTS, EDS, Lupus, and Epilepsy
I was working with 2-ton motors that run off 3 phase power (208v) and when connecting power, had an arc flash occur in my hand. It went in through my bottom right pointer finger knuckle and out through that same fingers nail/tip. I immediately went to the hospital but I’m worried it was treated as a household shock. They sent me home with scissors and gauze to cut the skin off myself but I can hardly stand the pain of my hand just existing even on the meds they gave me. I’m worried it was actually a much deeper injury and that my finger is dying from the inside out. I have an appointment at the burn clinic in town tomorrow, do I wait until then or b line for the ER today? I have some other symptoms as well that make me believe the current did run through my body.

I just bought the Scarpa Dragos in a EU 41 yesterday. I wear a USM 8 1/2 and USW10 so this should be about .5-1 size down for me. However, they are SO TIGHT. I wore them to climb a v1-3 yesterday to warm up and after that everytime I put them on they hurt my toes so bad I couldn’t climb at all. Everything I can find says to downsize 1-2 sizes as they will stretch but that they should break in after 1-5 sessions. The pain I got from having them on for a few minutes doesn’t feel like it will leave in only 5 sessions and I’m really worried that I bought shoes I won’t be able to use. Thoughts or advice?

Edit: I ended up trading them for a size up. Thank yo everyone that responded!
