Direct hire to Ireland then employer asked me to go through an agency

Hello po!

May naka-experience na po ba nito?

I'm an allied health worker directly hired by a public organization sa Ireland. I already have most of the requirements completed (CORU, Employment Permit, and I'm currently waiting for my Ireland entry visa). At the same time, I'm processing requirements for DMW direct hires.

My employer informed me that they are unable to provide some of the documents required under the Direct Hire process, nakipag usap na daw sila sa DMW kaso walang other way. As an alternative, they suggested that I work with a recruitment agency to assist with the processing, and they are willing to reimburse the cost.

Has anyone gone through a similar situation na meron ng employer & visa and just needed an agency to help with DMW processing? How did it work? Any agency recommendations din would be appreciated. Thank you!

My employer informed me that they are unable to provide some of the documents required under the Direct Hire process, nacontact na din nila yung PH office. As an alternative, they suggested that I work with a recruitment agency to assist with the processing, and they are willing to reimburse the cost.
