Diamond strategic play?

Ive noticed a lot of my teammates in diamond, are grabbing guns and quickly dipping to attack the team nearby. Many go down and some do live. But is this the new strategy? I don’t mind it but it does get a bit difficult. Or does anyone have any good strategies to keep afloat?

Eating alone means they get use to it too.

I’ve always ate alone as a kid. In my adulthood I eat alone. Just naturally have. But as I’ve gotten older I’ve decided I’m just gonna change it up. I’m gonna try to sit by my family more. I’ve been coming over a few days for dinner. Also because I miss my parents cooking. I bring over a desert or drinks.
I thought they didn’t mind. But when I sat by my dad at the table. He looked at me but went back to eating. After a minute he got up and left to go into the living room. My mom followed and I sat at the table by myself. It broke my heart a bit. I don’t think I’ll go over again. I feel a bit unwanted in a way. But at least I tried ya know.
