Little red dots on my hand

I have a small red spot on the back of my hand that looks like an old wound, but the skin surface has already healed and there is no bleeding. Does anyone know what this is?

It’s been there for almost a year without changing in size or appearance. It does not hurt, itch, and does not feel anything weird with it.

I have noticed my mom repeating her words during a conversation, either it’s with me or someone else. She can bring up a story during a conversation, and would repeat it twice or even three times. I feel like this would make a conversation very tiring to hear.(if that’s just me)

I don’t know if she acknowledges that she repeats her words or does it unintentionally.
