Does anyone know if I decline my direct subsidized/unsubsidized loan, do I still need to complete the step 3 (Sign your MPN)? or just leave it alone.

It is a 3-year-old implant. Does this mean it is failing? I have no pain or fever, just health anxiety. What are the possible treatments I might need? I seen my dentist and XRAY does not show bone loss and referred me to periodontist. I have an upcoming international trip for 7 weeks, and I just want to know if it is safe for me to go. Anyone had experienced this before?
I have 3 y/o implant and i noticed this 5 days ago. It doesnt hurt, no drainage. Im just really worried to lose my implant and pay $$$ again :(
