Roomba 505X Refuses to connect to app

Bought a 505X from Amazon and received it today. I have been trying to get it to connect to the home app. It refuses. I’ve restarted router, disabled 5g and 6g networks, disconnected all wifi extenders, re installed the app, factory reset roomba (holding power on the vaccum down for 10 seconds, then on for 3), replugged the dock, and nothing is working. Been trouble shooting for a few hours now and can not find a solution. I keep receiving the error BFO2DO. My router (xfinity gateway) is not on the “troublesome router list” on their website. There are no special characters in my wifi name or password.

I’ve ran out of online support guides, the AI support doesn’t help, and their call center is closed. Any tips? Will I see degraded performance if I just don’t connect to the app?
