『 Atsuya Kusakabe - The strongest Grade 1* 』
Background- Not much is known about Kusakabe’s early life except that he had a rough upbringing. At some point he joined the New Shadow Style School and became a master of the craft. Later, he met Masamichi Yaga and had his nephew turned into a cursed corpse for his younger sister.
Personality- Kusakabe is an extremely cautious man going so far as to appear cowardly. He rarely takes risks instead preferring to have all the variables taken care of. It is for this reason that Satoru Gojo gave him the nickname “The Plan Man.” He is also seemingly nonchalant though that ruse instantly deteriorates when he is in danger.
Appearance- Kusakabe is a fairly tall man with a well built frame that is usually hidden under his layers of clothing. He is usually wearing a white dress shirt with a black suit and teal tie. He then wears a brown peacoat over it.
Stats- Kusakabe is extremely athletic and has very high stats especially due to his lack of cursed technique which forces him to be in tiptop shape.
CE- He has mid CE amounts but is exceptional in terms of efficiency and manipulation as those are core aspects of the NSS school.

- Simple Domain

- - Created by Sadatsuna Ashiya the NSS simple domain is an anti-domain technique that neutralizes a Domain Expansion's barrier and disables its sure-hit effect within its range. It has a unique ability that allows its user to customize it with binding vows
almost like programming though this is only available
- at a high enough skill level. Kusakabe has refined his SD as far as he could making it nearly impossible to penetrate.

- Batto Sword Drawing

- - A fast sword drawing technique that coats Kusakabe's blade in cursed energy and rotates it around the blade to increase its drawing speed dramatically, enough so to make it the fastest iai-sword drawing technique of the New Shadow Style.

- - using a different stance and the unique properties of SD, Kusakabe’s SD alerts

- Crescent Moon Drawing
』
- - This attack allows him to release bursts of his cursed energy to create long range slashing attacks. These attacks are done by expanding the range of his simple domain and launching a wave of “sharp” cursed energy in a certain direction. It is very inefficient but it is also extremely powerful.

- - This is an attack that is an extension of Batto Sword Drawing but is instead used for piercing rather than slicing.

- Maculation
』
- - This creates a large area of multiple simple domains that are all inter connected. This allows the user to block and counter every thing in the domains. It was created by Kusakabe whe he had become tired of being jumped all the time.
7.『Hazy Moon 』- Creates a blade from CE. Usually used on broken swords but can be used without any weapons.
8.『Lunar Cycle』- allows the user to use abilities back to back without needing to reset or get into different stances. Requires very specific binding vows to work. Created when Kusakabe was being out-sped which caused him to be unable to reset during battle
Miscellaneous Techniques-
『Barriers』- Kusakabe has always been naturally skilled at barrier techniques and went all in on learning them even going so far as to research empty barriers with alot of practical applications being taught by Ijichi
『Swordsmanship』- As a master of the New Shadow Style he is a master of Kenjutsu and Battojutsu which are both things one must learn in order to become students of the NSS.
Cursed Tools-
『Katana』- regular Katana that he uses. Due to constant use it has become imbued with the NSS techniques that he uses.
