My F45 gym only has the standard weight sleds, not the CENTR brand. How many 45 pound plates do I need to add to either be the same weight as the Hyrox Men’s Open sled push or at least FEEL the equivalent?

I typically only use 2 x 45 pound plates as there is typically minimal rest during F45 workouts but I am concerned I will be in for a big surprise if I don’t practice with a more realistic weight.
