Is this a good deal for this bike? from the listing:

"Recently replaced the rear cassette, chain, and front derailleur. The hydraulic brakes were also recently bled"

I'm looking to get a bike to use for triathalons as well as just something more "road" focused that my current touring bike (which I love but is a bit heavy)

Also I'm 6'4" - so if anyone has this bike in the XL, does that size seem correct? (it's good per the canyon website)

If you’ve got a place you take it to that you really like, I’d like to hear that as well - but for this time I’m looking for someone that will come to my house.

Do you have anyone that's done foundation repairs for your detached garage that you'd recommend? I've got settling in one corner and cracking in the overall foundation that I would like to repair.

And if you do, do you have any before/after photos you'd be willing to share?
