Can you please help me find this song from line dancing?

Been going to this absolute beginners class since December and this song has appeared twice, and has been stuck in my head since the last time. It’s funky, not necessarily country style, but often names the steps as you do them. I can’t really remember the words or steps but it starts with two side steps, and does shuffles while the lyrics say something like “moving on up” and there are jazz boxes while the lyrics also state this.

Pretty vague but I’d appreciate if you can help out?

I’m getting married next Saturday in a small ceremony and made this rope for the hand fasting (common tradition in Scotland where the bride and grooms hands get tied together at the alter). My usual crafts are embroidery and cross stitch and I’ve never worked with macrame or any kind of knot tying. After googling, I tied a wrap knot on one end and a basic loop knot on the other side where the ropes were hanging on the pole, but it doesn’t look very neat. The black cord is all I have left but I also have string. I could also shorten my hand fasting rope as it’s probably too long, but you can see in the last picture what a mess the black cord looked after cutting.
