Only got three doses out of new pen?

I went to take the fourth dose of my 10mg pen this evening and it would only turn 10 clicks? Completely confused tbh! I’ve been taking Mounjaro for a year and this has never happened to me. I don’t over-prime so no idea what’s happened here. Has anyone else had this issue?

How many calories in this croissant?

I got this from a local bakery but not sure how many calories is in it? I have it most Sundays so it would be good to know an estimate. It’s quite big!
