Progress Beine August 25 -> jetzt

Manchmal habe ich das Gefühl ich mache keine Fortschritte bzgl. Optik aber jetzt wo ich das so sehe ist da durchaus was sichtbar.

Oder was sagt die Redditgemeinde?

(W28, in dem Zeitraum 76kg -> 72kg aber nicht alles Diät)

I’ve been using the Workouts app since beginning of this year. So far so good, I’ve implemented my own program and I’ve noticed especially with the compound lifts in low rep ranges at the beginning of workouts it basically always tries to make dropsets out of them.

I do not want dropsets. I want straight sets ie hit 95kgx5 for 4 sets in the deadlift and then progress for example.

I usually went with a linear progression from what I did last workout and disregarded the app there. Is there a way to turn this off? Or is this actually some calibration mechanic I’m not aware of?

It’s mostly the low rep compound lifts, exercises in higher rep ranges rarely do this in the app.

I’ve started using MF around November last year. My cardio didn’t change much in that time, if anything it decreased around January when I started my first bulk. I’ve been lifting consistently for around 10 months now and besides other parameters (lifts going up etc.) MF also reflects that with my expenditure.

Damn I can eat so much now! I probably would’ve never went into the 2700 calorie range by myself with a regular tracking app (I’m female).

This feels so amazing to see
