I beat BG3 three times at launch, but that was before the epilogue dropped. I'm finally ready for a new playthrough and want to add some QoL mods, one being the Sazza companion mod (I assure you she's essential to the plot). The problem is that I found more than 11K of mods available on Nexus alone, how do you guys curate them to reach the good stuff?

Gantz Argentina is, in my opinion, the best Gantz spin-off because it's an excellent and self-contained story about a team of gantzers from another country.

What I liked:

  1. The country's national character is captured, reflected in the aliens, among other things.

  2. The author uses familiar tropes but deconstructs them. For example, the main characters are somewhat reminiscent of Kurono and Kishimoto, but at the same time, they are completely different characters.

  3. Crypto is a team member and a dog who actually participates in the battle, unlike Rice from the original manga.

  4. The Argentina team includes a half-vampire, and the author truly explores the theme of vampirism in Gantz, bringing it to an international level.

  5. The characters feel like real people, and their conflicts are incredibly interesting to watch.

  6. Even though this is a fan story, the author makes interesting connections to the original. For example, the latest mission released so far tells the story of aliens reacting to the Oni-Mission in Japan.

I know the author. He planned to redraw the first chapters and has already completed the first seven, but he stopped at the eighth because he's currently working on a 200-page one-shot (so you won't be surprised by the level of art varying from chapter to chapter).

But the author is positive and says he'll see Gantz Argentina through to the end, even if it takes a long time.
