I decided to toss on a few cute clothing items I saw and then realized later the irony of the order. I already have a night crawler named Pants. I'll have to figure out a name for this guy when he arrives.
I made this for a friend's birthday gift and now that they have received it I can share it with you all! This guy started out as a Beast bear, but I completely rebuilt the face, even moving the eyebrows over. So many holes, I ended up doing it around three times before I was happy with my sewing and how the fabric sat. That was the hard part though, the rest was just setting the eye and stuffing him.
I want some cool stuff for my shelf! The atlas light and the atlas pass I found on Etsy but show me your shelf display type stuff? There was a guy that prints exotic squids on there but the store is now inactive last I looked. I use a white squid as my main so I'm crossing my fingers I catch the shop open eventually. Anyone here make cool NMS stuff?
Percival needs a good brush out but I noticed that he looks the best to me a bit skrunkly and loved. He IS supposed to be a zombie after all! He will still get brushed though, whether he wants it or not, he's held up well for 10 years and I want him to hold up for many more.
So to help control my collection now that I downsized so much I made a rule for myself that I would order unstuffed and do it myself by unstuffing ones I had in storage. I grabbed this guy for his stuffing and...just couldn't do it lol
He's now out again, though I did find someone else to u unstuff (sorry jackalope, you're just not very cuddly). Hopefully not too many others make cute eyes at me or my plan is going to be harder than I thought. 😅
I'm disabled and many times homebound these days. Part of why we moved was to be closer to family and support. Hanging out with my bears and doing fun things with them helps keep me sane these days. I've been disabled my whole life though in different ways but i was always more active. Still I am happy with my life, I work, I have family and friends. It's not a lesser life for sure just because I am disabled!

Decided it was time for some outfit changes for the crew. Mortles, Rey, and Percival all got fresh outfits. Percival helped with a crafting project, I needed to remove the eyes before dying for this one but it's a gift so shhhhh, it's secret. Then Luca got some BaB clothes though the pants are more like shorts on them. 🤣
Had a doctor's appointment today at a new GI doctor. Hoping to get some relief from the pain I have, which is difficult because I'm terribly allergic to opiates. All of them. Even the synthetic ones. I also can't really do NSAIDs because of my stomach issues. So I'm a bit of a challenge for a doctor to help. We're going to try an antispasmodic and upping another med. He was a bit surprised we hadn't tried this already. So hopefully it helps!
I've been ending up on a lot of extreme planets for my battles and this one had so much lightening it was wild. This was the best shot I got through.
I found the perfect dress for Vee Vee! Her little jacket looks cute with it also. I guess I need to find some red bows for her or something like that.

I love this lightning bug lol I named him Buggy because he does things flashily! (One Piece rep!) Then there's Leftie and Junior. Vee Vee also got a flower and a change of clothing
When I saw this beautiful being pop up on Etsy I knew I should adopt them. They made the journey safely and have been hanging out with me and Rey today getting used to the new place.

Took Mortles outside to enjoy the lovely weather we were having. I have an elderly at on hospice that loves to be outside but I don't let her out alone. So Mortles came along to enjoy some nature with us.
Cat Tax at the end, her name is Theresa and she turns 15 next week.
I have wanted a royal outfit for Mortles for a while now. I finally got one and I love the visual pun with his Monarch wings. I should find my crown for him soon!
I hurt my foot last month when we moved and whenever I did much it would start hurting again. So I went to the doctor again today, I had gotten it x-rayed already when I did it.
Turns out I tore cartilage and I'll be in a boot for at least a month. And that's if it heals right on its own. So fingers crossed it does, otherwise I'll need surgery.
In good news Rey got an appropriate shirt for herself. She is a girl Rey, named after the Star Wars character. 🥰
My bedroom is coming together since the move and of course my friends are major part of making it feel at home. They love all the fake plants and the mossy blankets. Srite, my Charizard, gets to watch over everything from his vantage point up high. I love being in here, it makes me feel so chill. ☺️
