I’ve been shipping to the UK smoothly with nothing. I’m wondering if anyone has been shipping to the EU using stallion express and had any luck getting packages into the EU without the stupid PPWR registration?
So basically, the address is a house, there’s no dog, there’s no gate, there’s no code, there’s no construction, there’s no traffic jam and there’s been great weather. All of the scans are bright and early at the usual time around 9:30, or 10 AM.
It’s the second day that it said this and I’m very frustrated. They have been delivering packages for weeks with no problem and this is literally the first time it’s actually happened to me
From what I read online, employees are lazy and they will just lie.
I called the very difficult to reach number and finally got a human on the line, who told me to go pick it up at the post office and I was like which one? And then she was like what do you mean which one lol I’m like what? What do you mean what do you mean which one???! is it just going to end in a loop. There’s five different post offices near me. How am I going to know which one it’s going to and how am I going to know which time it’s going to be there. Seems like a wild goose chase.
I tried to update the package in order to put it to deliver to the nearest post office of my choice, but it wouldn’t let me and said that there was an unknown error
HELP???
Anybody have this happen before? If you did, I would like to know HOW MANY DAYS in a row did it do this till it was resolved? And if it was resolved by the person delivering it, or if you had to chase it down at the post office? If post office what time should I go?? Please let me know detail on what your experience is with this.
