Anyone else get sent paper coupons?

I got some today, the flyer is quite cute (it has a part you peel for an offer and it's like the leaf in their logo). Coupons are quite good too, better than the ones on the app.

Lost receipt, can store help find it on their system?

I asked someone to collect an order for me which they did but they didn't keep the receipt or scan the ikea family card. I know the data and around a 15 minute timeframe as well as the purchase price of the single item bought. Is it possible to get the receipt found? Does it have to be done instore or is there a way to call / email them?

I (22M) live at home currently and my dad goes to the nearby town frequently recently (around 30 minutes away) and i asked him to collect an item that i ordered (blinds so nothing heavy) from IKEA and he agreed, even suggested he could as it was nearby to where he went. However, i found out that the size wasn't the right fit so i asked him to collect the smaller size one and return the one i ordered. Slightly miffed but he said he would do it.

It's been 2 weeks since and he still hasn't done it, despite going to that town almost daily.

He says "we'll see", or basically half-promising he will get it if be can. A few days ago i told him fine i'll go get it my self and not to worry to guilt trip him (like he does with me, not because i do that) and he was like fine do that, i don't need to do your errands.

Now that's not a major issue, but the next one is. I helped change his business' broadband to a cheaper one and we switched providers as a result. This meant we had to send back their equipment or be charged for not doing so.

They sent the bag over a month ago to send back the items with, and i have been asking for it almost every day (since he goes to the shop everyday) because he would never do it himself. I'm basically like his secretary (handling his credit card bills, emails, buying certain stuff etc).

He keeps saying he hasn't looked yet, or that he's told the staff to get it to hand to him. I kinda blew up on him today because he said the same thing he said yesterday - he told his staff and they will get it ready tomorrow. Because i did, he said again, he doesn't have to listen to me or do what I want. But it's his job i'm doing???

The worst thing is that if i take too long for him (to buy something for example) he says the same things he gets annoyed by if i say it. He has also helped many people, taking them to the airport and back for free or spending £100s for others but he can't be asked to help family.

The reason i'm helping my dad with the business is because he genuinely isn't a good businessman at all - he is BLEEDING money. I'm there to help put a stop to that and even if he clearly doesn't appreciate it because he has a big ego and a never wrong attitude, i can't just watch the business drown. Even now. But i feel like getting really annoyed at him isn't going to change anything. I've already told him any savings made by my decisions i will pocket. Thankfully, the business is in my mum's name because my dad has a bad credit history - if it were in his name i wouldn't help at all.

Should i just bite my tongue and work around his stubborn ass? I acc hate him sometimes. I feel he is harsher with me than my other brother because i'm more reserved / less outspoken and firm than my other brother is.
