my friends cant open rust it we tried deleting and reinstalling the EAC and still not working and nothing other than his mouse and key plugged in. never played the game just bought it and cant open please help

It says something about the EAC he deleted and reinstalled and it still wont open has nothing other than mouse and key pluged in and still wont open can anyone help please
