Need advice for better off-campus opportunities than Capgemini A4 (4.25 LPA)

Hi everyone,

I currently have a Capgemini A4 offer with 4.25 LPA, but I’m looking for better opportunities, preferably:

  • 6+ LPA
  • Remote roles preferred
  • On-site/hybrid also fine
  • Software Developer / Full Stack roles

My skills include:

  • MERN Stack
  • Next.js
  • React.js
  • MongoDB
  • JavaScript

I wanted guidance regarding:

  1. From where should I apply for better off-campus opportunities?
  2. Which platforms are actually useful for freshers?
  3. How are people getting remote jobs/off-campus offers above 6 LPA?
  4. Any companies currently hiring freshers with decent packages?

Would really appreciate advice from people who were in a similar situation. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I have my Capgemini L1 assessment coming up soon and my domain is .NET. I had a few doubts and would really appreciate help from anyone who has recently appeared for it.

Will the test consist only of MCQs, or are there coding questions as well (especially for .NET)?

What is the overall difficulty level (easy / moderate / tough)?

What kind of questions are asked from the .NET domain? Any specific topics I should focus on?

If anyone has sample questions or previous questions, please share 🙏

Any tips, preparation strategies, or resources would really help me.

Thanks in advance!
