Hi, noob here. Did some idiotic noob things.
Bought nimbus 26 to run 6 months ago. Running I did. loved the shoes. Changed my life etc. But also wore the same shoes while weight training at the gym. 6 days a week. Moderate lifting but. Think 40 kilos maximum squats. Recently bumped up the weights a bit. Began noticing pain in my ankle. Sure enough, did not read the sign-boards on YouTube that said "don't wear running shoes while lifting". While I'll be getting new pair for lifting, any way to tell whether the nimbus 26 are still alright for running? Have I damaged the soles/foam already?
