How do I get rid of this awful watermark on my wallpaper?

The watermark appeared after enabling the weather display on my wallpaper. Am I able to turn it off?

(Don't mind that its in Russian)

After installing the game (files ported from pc) and configuring Wine (Native, then Built-in setting for dinput8) strange glitches started to appear all over the screen, mostly when I move my mouse. Only mods installed are Extra Options, HD reflections and a widescreen fix. Can anyone help?
