Hi! Can I get some help with these X-rays?

This is Lilith, she's a 4-6 year old female cat, spayed. I'm aware she's overweight and we're already working on that. She had a fall and her leg got stuck, this happened on Wednesday. We took her to the vet, and she's now in a splint for a month. The vet keeps saying it's just a ligament issue, but she hasn't pooped since Thursday. They keep telling us everything is fine and that she'll go eventually, but she seems really sad and uncomfortable. I don't know what else to do. Is there anything on the X-rays that might suggest otherwise? Thank you.
