I’m 19 and so excited to carry on Oldsmobiles hotrod legacy. She runs and drives but has no breaks and needs a different gas tank (it’s running off a lawnmower tank right now). But other than that, it’s a running, driving, 394 with a 4 barrel carb and looks like a spaceship. What more could you want?

I got this beautiful girl (325xi touring) last summer with only 160000km on it. It had style 45s on it, but as winter came I switched to style 156s. (16x7 ET34 205x55) I’m trying to find some nice chrome summer rims and tires that would fill that wheel gap a little nicer. I’ve seen a few e46s running 18x8.5 ET35 225x45 (second image), but it honestly still kinda looks like a lot of tire to me. I’m wondering if any of you have ran 19s and what your setup was.
Ps It’s a stock xi and lowering it would probably be too expensive for me.
