Got this text. I didn't order anything. Memorial city isn't close to me. I looked at my accounts - I didn't purchase anything. The text itself seems fishy. Google said this is an Apple number but could be spoofed. What do you think?
Last year we tried to put her in a Catholic pre-K-3 program and it was a huge fail. She had a potty regression, went to the principal's office, just overall not great. But she seemed to be having a great time there. She kept saying throughout this year how she wanted to go back to "church school." Well she moved up a class at daycare and I think has made good friends in her class. She's always talking about her friends. We recently went back to the Catholic school for an assessment, and they told us she can start. When we told her this, she said she wants to stay at her daycare and doesn't want to go back to "church school." They cost about the same, so money isn't an issue. Her siblings will still go to daycare. I think she'd get more traditional education and schooling at the Catholic school, the daycare's pre-K program is a little chaotic. I really want her to be leaning. What would you do?
My baby (4.5 months old) started daycare this week. He's my third baby to have started daycare around this age, so I'm not new to this. I absolutely loved the infant care at the previous daycare we attended who took care of my older two. This is a new daycare we're at and I'm not totally vibing with the teachers. Every day at pick up he is asleep in a bjorn baby bouncer. Every picture they take of him he's in this damn bouncer or another container. The last 2 nights all he's wanted is for me to hold him. This morning at drop off a baby was feeding itself in that damn bouncer while they were in the rocking chairs not holding any babies. I'm tempted to ask them if they hold him at all or if he just stays on the ground or in a bouncer all day. I'm not really loving this care. Thoughts? Advice on how to approach it?
Anyone been to/hosted a party at Armand Bayou Nature Center for a kid? My kid expressed interest in a party there. We absolutely love it there, so we're game, but want to know if anyone has had a good experience there. Thanks!
