It does this no matter where in the game I am located, I have tried reinstalling and resetting the cache both before and after installation.

Most other games that cause issues either cause my Xbox to hard restart because of overheating (Space Marine 2 and Forza 6 for example) or just crash to dashboard.

I had it cleaned and the thermal paste replaced a couple months ago and am leery of taking it apart myself.

I'm following every step, only shooting every AC unit once and I even waiting until after 2100 despite the fact it isn't a requirement and he refuses to spawn.
