This character is lame as fuck and a bum that does nothing in the story like pick a struggle. Also he's annoying as fuck to play against and has none of the downsides of being a bigbody. Fuck nago and his shitty move where he can just pause his one limiting feature.

I am doing my own mega campaign and am would rather use victoria universalis as my mod than the standard hpm and I was wondering if there was an easy way to do that. I have a vague understanding of how to do it myself but I bet there is an easier way to do it than having to manually reassign every province and manually add tags.

I was looking for a chipp matchup guide and I couldn't find shit for 2.0 and I don't want to use discord because I'm not a pedo. Combo guides seem more fruitful but even then a lot of them are not proper optimals and its driving me crazy.
