I’m new to pc’s
Hello so my older brother recently moved out and he gave me his pc any ways today me and my friend wanted to look how much the ram sticks were each (8 each). I wanted to reset it but i need 32 gigs I only have 16. So I put them back in it now says I have 15.9 GB also the red light with a cylinder next to it is blinking with no rhythm it’s just random. I could really use some help thanks.
