[Hiring] WFH: Full-Time Remote SDR / Cold Caller, Philippines
Hi everyone,
We’re hiring a full-time remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help with cold call outreach.
This role is mainly focused on calling prospects, starting conversations, and setting qualified appointments. The campaign will also include email outreach and LinkedIn outreach through our CRM.
Schedule:
9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time
Monday to Friday
Fixed weekends off
Compensation:
USD $1,000 per month, plus additional compensation based on the number of qualified appointments set.
Mode of Payment: every two weeks (Fridays) via Wise
What you’ll be doing:
Making outbound cold calls
Sending email outreach through the CRM
Doing LinkedIn outreach
Updating CRM records and follow-ups
Cleaning lists and keeping contact data organized when needed
Requirements:
Significant previous cold calling experience is required
Major plus if you have previous SDR cold-calling experience for MSP or IT companies
Strong spoken English
C1/C2 English level preferred
American accent or close to native-level English preferred
Comfortable working a night shift
Reliable, organized, and comfortable tracking work in a CRM
Equipment needed:
Own laptop or computer
Reliable internet connection
Noise-cancelling headset or headphones for calls
