Let’s be honest: TVK’s promise of a New Era is starting to look exactly like the old one

What is your thoughts about minister sarath about the white substance issue?
Several Thousand Crores in Black Money? Severe allegations surface against DMK Minister E.V. Velu. When will the accountability start?
Massive Black Money: A formal complaint has been lodged alleging that DMK Minister E.V. Velu possesses several thousand crores of rupees in black money.
Ghost Roads & Benami Firms: It is alleged that money was siphoned off through 3 benami companies for road construction projects without actually constructing the roads.
Specific Entities Named: The petition demands an investigation into construction companies named E.K.K., Appu, and Babuji.
Infrastructure Scams: Irregularities have been reported in the Tiruvannamalai road widening project, as well as the road widening work from Mangal Kootroad to Vandavasi.
Proxy Operations: The complaint also alleges that 2 companies are operating under the name of the son of E.V. Velu's assistant, Gajendran, demanding a full inquiry into both Gajendran and his son.
The Big Questions for the DMK Government:
How long is the DMK leadership going to stay silent when ministers face allegations of siphoning off thousands of crores meant for public infrastructure? Roads are a basic necessity for the common man, yet here we are looking at accusations of "ghost roads" where money disappears but infrastructure isn't even built.
If the DMK truly stands for transparent governance, they need to immediately subject their ministers to independent, rigorous investigations instead of brushing these complaints under the rug. Taxpayers deserve to know where their hard-earned money is going.
What are your thoughts on this? Is anyone surprised by these allegations at this point? Let's discuss.
CM Vijay won’t give press meet, now there is no vinaa-vidai rounds to hear questions from opposition too. Who holds him accountable and when will people hear his answers?
When Will the People Hear Real Answers?
When a massive fanbase transitions into a political mandate, the responsibility doubles. One-way speeches at rallies can establish a vision, but press meets and legislative accountability prove if a leader can handle the reality of governance.
- Who holds him accountable now? If the media is kept at arm's length and the opposition's avenues for questioning are shut down, the public is left entirely in the dark.
- Is this the "new politics" promised? Avoiding open scrutiny looks less like a new approach and more like a tactical retreat from tough governance questions.
We are over a month into the new administration, and a highly concerning pattern is emerging. CM Vijay has consistently avoided holding formal press conferences. While one-way communication via press releases and pre-scripted videos works great for a movie promotion, it shouldn't be the standard for running a state government.
To make matters worse, the traditional vinaa-vidai (question-and-answer) sessions in public forums and active legislative engagements—where the opposition can actually confront the ruling party with real questions—seem completely absent or bypassed.
Why no one speaks about this so called thooya sakthi guys ?
5 POCSO Cases in ONE Day. Where is the strong action from Vijay and TVK MLAs?
Gummidipoondi: 3-year-old child assaulted and murdered.
Tiruvallur: 7-year-old girl assaulted.
Tambaram: 10-year-old girl assaulted.
Poonamallee: 7-year-old girl assaulted.
Chennai: 12-year-old girl harassed.

While the state faces such a serious crisis regarding the safety of minor children, there is a noticeable lack of urgent response or statement from Vijay and his party MLAs. Instead of actively addressing these critical law and order issues, public updates are filled with routine promotional pictures and meetings with actors.
As elected representatives, we need them to speak up on child safety and demand strict enforcement. Politics cannot take a back seat to administration when our kids are at risk.

Your thoughts please 🧐
What change we found here ??
Just 1 month of TVK rule, and we are already seeing this? Is Joseph Vijay losing control? Is our TN media working with full freedom to point out every issue
It’s only been a month since the TVK government took charge in Tamil Nadu, and the law-and-order situation is already raising massive red flags
.
Two TVK party administrators (Balamurugan and Jayapal) were arrested by the Srivaikuntam All-Women Police for allegedly spiking a woman’s drink with sedatives under the false pretense of securing her a job, and subjecting her to gang sexual assault. They have now been lodged in Palayamkottai prison.
Even during the DMK period, critics claimed the media did not speak about any issue, but we never saw party functionaries operating with this level of immediate impunity and are our media is exaurating the every issue or now the media in TN is working properly with full freedom
What's more frustrating is Chief Minister Joseph Vijay’s response. In his meeting yesterday, instead of taking absolute accountability, he completely deflected blame onto the previous government's "financial mess" and drug issues. If he can’t even rein in his own party members from committing heinous crimes like this right out of the gate, how can he expect to run an entire state safely?
Is the "promise of change" already crumbling, or am I reading too much into a one-month track record? What do you guys think?
New Tamil Nadu DGP Appointment Video is relevant as it provides a deeper look into how the newly formed TVK government is shuffling top police officials to manage the escalating law-and-order crisis in the state.
Is tvk and dmk are same ?

₹60 CRORES in commission for just ONE contract?! Contractors openly expose the level of DMK’s looting in TANGEDCO and will joeshp vijay take action against dmk??
Look at this explosive clip from Polimer News. A representative from the Thermal Power Station Contractors Association is openly spelling out the absolute rot left behind by the DMK regime.
Here is what he explicitly blows the whistle on:
Massive Kickbacks: For just one work contract, in one single low-budget station, the corruption/commission rate was a staggering ₹50 to ₹60 Crores per year!
Syndicate Rule: Only the favorite contractors who paid these massive cuts and stayed in DMK's "good books" were allowed to survive. Honest, non-compliant contractors were systematically wiped out.
Now we know exactly why TANGEDCO is drowning in lakhs of crores of debt while common citizens suffer soaring bills and endless power cuts. The public's money was being funneled straight into the pockets of the DMK syndicate.
The Big Question: Can TVK actually clean this up?
The contractors are currently handing over all proofs of this multi-crore corruption to the newly appointed TVK Electricity Minister, C.T.R. Nirmal Kumar. They claim they have "immense hope."
Will TVK actually go after these corrupt DMK networks and blacklist their favorite syndicates, or will we just see a cosmetic face-lift?
Will TVK completely dismantle this broken system, or will they eventually end up collecting the same commissions under a different flag?
How do you guys think the new government is going to handle this mountain of corruption?
