I think the answer is probably no …. But please, prove me wrong. I have bounced around SD for a bit. Now in Oside, grew up in LA. looking for community, wanting to reconnect with my culture in a way that feels authentic and right for me but in community with others.
I for some idiotic reason put my work laptop on the back of the truck …. Then got in the truck and drove off to my work destination.
On my way, someone flagged me and was making all kinds of hand movements trying to signal to me… I pulled over to make sure the truck bed was all up and secured etc… it was….
Then I, very confusedly went about my day. I didn’t end up needing my laptop that day so i assumed it was in my bag.
Flash forward to today, a coworker of mine asks me for the laptop, and I go to get it from my bag. It isn’t there. It’s not in the truck. It wasn’t at the place I went yesterday leading me to conclude that I am a total fucking idiot.
