Chinese porcelain? Silver plated?

I polished it a bit and removed some back tarnish - which looks like silver oxidation. But some spots look worn - maybe someone seen similar pendants? Would love to know age and value

BJL brooch - can’t read hallmark

Today I purchased this lovely BJL signed brooch (see BJL and letter B on photos) - as I found out it is 1950’s Birmingham, UK.

It was sold to me silver, but similar brooches online are described as Rhodium plated.

I also noticed some stamp on deers neck - and to me it looks like 285 - please help me to understand what it means!

Got this in a bag of different jewellery on auction, no hallmarks but it feels different to other things in that bag that are obviously cheap alloys etc. When I shine flashlight through crystal it is dark in the middle and green on edges. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
