Just Wanted to Show Off My Ring Collection!
This is ~part~ of my antique & vintage ring collection. Some are real and some are costume. They’re all equally loved! Oldest ring is from 1922. Youngest is circa 1984 (or so I’ve been told.)

Hi! This necklace was my grandmother’s and I would appreciate any thoughts on the style, era, etc. It’s 18k gold and very heavy. It’s also pretty tight to the neck which is a bummer since it’s not comfortable to wear. She was bigger than me so I’m curious how she wore it. Any thoughts welcome!
This is my engagement ring. He got it from a pawn shop, and we got it appraised. It came out to be all natural but not idea where it came from. It’s 18k but because of the mods we can’t see any more markings. I would love to have some more info if anyone can help, or at least know if it’s vintage or more modern. Thank you!
I know the camera quality is pretty bad, but I just want to know what time around this was probably made. It's definitely Victorian revival, not actual Victorian, but I just want some help on identifying around the specific decade! (I got this necklace from one of those mystery jewelry jars)
I visited an antique shop in Apex, NC, I would like to know what the pendant potentially symbolizes and the origin of time of the hairclip style?
My grandma gave me this tie pin that was an antique she had in her collection as a present. I show horses and need a tie pin so started wearing it in the ring. Unfortunately I lost it in the hecticness of a major show recently and I’m so upset.
I’m not sure where it’s from as it didn’t have any writing or identifiers on that I could remember. I really want to find another one as it meant so much to me.
This is the best photo I have of it, sorry. It was silver and had like a crocodile clip at the back with this button attached you could press down to make it open up.
Just curious if anyone knows the age, make or stone..
Only markings are on the back on either side of a weld, so I assume it was resized. Markings: "ster" and "ster" again but upside down.
I was recently in the Adirondacks with my fiancé’s family and stopped by an appointment only antique/vintage shop. The owner was super sweet and had a stunning antique and vintage jewelry collection. Since the shop is by appointment only I had been messaging the owner with some ideas of what I was looking for prior to meeting. When we arrived she showed us some beautiful pieces, but she specifically brought out this ring and said “when you first messaged me this is the ring I thought of for you”.
The ring is stamped 14K gold and has a slight rose-gold quality to it. It appears to be Victorian/Art Nouveau era. The shop owner describes it as a “.2 ct VVS1 + E antique European cut natural diamond set in a mini crown mount.”
I thought the makers mark of the sideways W looked interesting. I did some research and found that it is most likely a ring manufactured by JR Wood & Sons, which was a company that started in Brooklyn in 1850 and is still around today. However the name of the company officially changed to Art Carved in 1975.
I thought this detail was particularly interesting because I live rather close to the original Brooklyn location where this ring would have been created! How amazing and full circle.
Anyways, I wanted to share the beautiful ring and also source any further expertise! I believe the ring to be late 1800’s/early 1900’s, but am curious if anyone has other thoughts. Thank you!!
These are some pieces I’ve collected over the years. Thought you guys would enjoy them 😊
I'm assuming these are glass, but really just curious about what era they are from.
I know it's 18 k and has what appears to be something like Chrysocolla or Sonoran Gold turquoise stone
Sapphire and 22k gold ring possibly from the 1100s-1400s. Greek family heirloom. Trying to identify for my boyfriend mom. She’s the 8th generation to have it.
I bought this chain today for the equivalent of 5,5 euros at a thrift market, and now, having figured out that it is most likely a vintage (ca.1942-1950) Albert Weiss Chain (thought the A W. stamp) I am trying to find out, if it really is an Albert Weiss pieces and if it bye chance could have some value. Any and all help is highly appreciated 💚
Hi! I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me figure out exactly what these are. They belonged to my Meamaw, who recently passed away, so unfortunately I can’t ask her about them. I’m also not sure how old they are or when she got them. They’re in a little bag from Trend Line Coin Jewelry, and there’s a handwritten date/number on the bag, but I’m having a hard time reading it. I’d really love to know what the stones/items are, whether they were part of a specific piece of jewelry or set, and possibly around what time period they’re from. They’re sentimental to me because they were hers, so I’m mostly just trying to learn more about what she had. ❤️ Does anyone recognize these, the company, or know the best way I could go about identifying them exactly? I can post more close-up photos if that would help!
I really appreciate that this older piece was not sent to melt, which would probably have been easier to do, and sold instead for melt value - to me, who is so happy to wear it! I think this continental European necklace is likely 1930s.
Found this neat little locket in a pile full of $1 jewelry, but the guy just ended up telling me to just take it because my boyfriend bought $2 worth of stuff.
I always like to try and open them up to see if there are any names on the back of the photos (there were none) and I discovered that this actually had a hallmark. From my research it looks like a piece from Wightman & Hough Co. (W&H Co.) so it could date anywhere from late 1850s to early 1920s. I was also curious about the 10K mark because most of the lockets I’ve seen have seen said “10K Gold Shell” but mine only says 10K. Would this mean that the entire locket is made from 10K gold?
There is also an “XLI” etched in the top and I’m not sure what that could mean.
Super excited to add them to my collection and give them a loving home 🫶🏼 Thank you to any and all help!!
