Are these vocal nodules?

I've been belting daily for the past 3 weeks. Recently, my falsetto has started to sound broken. I struggle to have a clean onset in falsetto. It starts off as this super breathy voice before it settles into falsetto. It gets worse after clearing my throat. I can still use my chest and mixed voice, but they sometimes crack if I let up even a little on breath support. I don't know if this is vocal overuse or late-stage puberty, as I'm 16. Here's a recording. https://voca.ro/1a7LHgvDXCGO

Is this whistle voice? (the recording actually ends at 24 seconds)

For some reason, my mixed voice has been getting super raspy when sustaining a pitch the past few days. Alongside that raspy mixed voice, I gained some sort of squeaky voice. The pitch reader says it's in the 6th octave. I'm a 16-year-old boy, so I'm guessing my situation might have something to do with puberty, but I'm not sure. What do you guys think is going on with my voice? This squeaky voice seems disconnected from my falsetto. My sister said it's not whistle voice and that it sounds like I'm phonating right at my vocal break.
