My wife and I are expecting our third, a boy, in February. We have a daughter, Maeve, and a son, Robin. Their names were top-of-list from the beginning, but we haven’t been able to nail down a name for #3 as with theirs.

Here are the names currently on our shortlist:
- Arthur (I love that they would all have legendary characters’ names)
- Murphy
- Forrest
- Harlan “Hal”
- Hollis
- Hugo

Open to other ideas and suggestions!

Just finished Ian Mortimer’s “The Time Traveler’s Guide to Elizabethan England” and read his “The Time Traveler’s Guide to Medieval England” a few years ago. I see he hasn’t written about anything earlier than the 14th Century. Are there any similar social histories written about the “Dark Ages,” or Early Medieval Britain? Talking about the period after the fall of Rome and before the Viking Age.

I lost my Border Aussie last week and just feel like playing a game with a dog companion, preferably customizable by breed with a lot of interactivity. I’ve already played Fallout 4, Fable 2 and 3, Far Cry 5, and Remnant 2 (clearly I have a penchant for this feature in games). I’d also be open to games with animal companions in general.
