Just watch some tape between Reyna and Luna. It's not hard to see that Reyna has unique vision and passing that the current roster is lacking

You could argue that Mckennie and Adams are the best passers, but they play center midfield. Gio Reyna is one of our only attacking midfielders that has this sort of high-level "vision." I personally wouldn't start him, but he has more of that x factor skill-wise than Luna. I don't think this "has that dog in him" factor is going to matter much against top players around the world...

I like the Stock. BTDR. 43% of the float is short at $3B market cap. Potential gamma what?

Bitcoin mining hardware? Sure, whatever. I like the stonk! I see an opportunity for a gamma-what? Let's ride boys! My WSB post got auto-deleted

I barely spend money and end up with only Hanako and the driving missions by end-game with a majority of my money not spent... the sequel needs more expensive apartments(luxurious) and motorcycles.

Any primary sources similar to "The Conquest of New Spain" by Bernal Diaz del Castillo?

So I love this book. I did a history major a long time ago at Rutgers and had to write a 10pg paper on something about the Native Americans in NJ. I asked my professor if I could do something on the Aztecs instead (since that was her specialty), and she allowed it. Anyways, one of the primary sources was this book. I now a decade later always return to it and read the Tenochtitlan chapters. It's highly fascinating to hear about the Spaniards escape from the city, which only had these causeways in and out of the city.

It's almost like a fucking novel, but it's real life(according to Benal). Anyways, I've tried "A record of Cambodia" and a few other primary sources of these awesome lost civilizations. I'm not entirely sure if I'll find anything else, but if any of you have a primary source similar to this... plz let me know.

If not, any primary sources relating to war in general would be cool. All that I ask is that it's before 1700-1800 era. I'm not as interested in wars with guns or gunpowder projectiles. I'd love something that's gritty and bleak, yet still part of historical wars and not fiction.

I preface this by saying I'm a big fan of Ready or Not 1, but unfortunately, I have to say They Will Kill You was the better film between these two that I just watched. They Will Kill You was so stylistic and had some seriously bizarre, yet fresh ideas in this subgenre of horror. I loved some of the hallway shots. The colors were on point. The gore was awesome. It was like Kill Bill mixed with Ready or Not 1 lol. Also, I don't think she would be able to take on all these people from learning how to fight in prison, but honestly, who gives af. Keep swinging those flaming axes in poorly lit neon-red accented rooms. The end where she saves her sister was also pretty badass.

Now, onto RON2. This film was tons of fun and had a similar vibe as the first installment. Although there was less shock over the whole situation... mainly because Grace just went through the same situation. This shouldn't take away from the fact that the film is almost as fun of a ride as the first. My only other gripe was the drama/relationship building parts in the middle. Kind of dragged the pace of the film down a bit. That said, the beginning and end were great, and it was a worthy successor to the original.

Lastly, it's disappointing that neither of these films made their money back. I think RON2 is close to break even and TWKY was a flop. Even Bone Temple flopped... how are all these good films flopping?!? Are we not as a community supporting the genre we love enough, or are these budgets too big?? The number crunchers will obviously reassess and determine future values/budgets.

RON2: 6/10 TWKY: 7.5/10 RON1: 7.5/10

Anyways,

Both were fun af and probably shouldn't be taken too seriously... peace✌️

I'm staying in 1 room most of the day. I have the 2 windows shut and locked. I'm still sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes, white phlegm that's sometimes thick yellow, a bit of lung pain here and there. It's not fun!! I only have a few weeks left of intense tree pollen. Grass pollen isn't as bad for me here in NJ.

I'm taking 2 nasal sprays (twice daily), allegra D 12hr, eye drops, albuterol inhaler, and even some leftover benzotate from bronchitis. I was diagnosed with "allergic asthma" maybe 4 years back. The air purifier is blasting. Vacuumed the carpet, dusted... My allergies weren't as bad as a kid(lung wise). Feel like my many years of smoking tons of weed did not help this situation.

That said, I'm dying up in here. I'm thinking of taping my windows edges with some painters tape or packaging tape.... do any of you guys do this? I'm thinking this is the only way pollens getting in... pollen can't go through my fucking walls. The window edges seem plausible though. What do you think?

I'm consistently stuck between 700 and 800 ELO. It's so frustrating that it feels like I'm playing relatively intelligent people, but everyone here is actually really smart. In this ELO range, blunders happen, but it feels like both players understand the game. We both see each others strategies and come up with good counter-strats against them. The occasional "I'm dumb af" blunder seems to happen to either player occasionally, but that doesn't seem to be often.

I think the difference between high level players and players that are sub-1000 is that they can plan ahead forks and pins really well! Like they have extremely good vision or something. It's like I can scan the board as long as I want, but time will tick by, and my devious plan gets folded and now I'm down 3min on the clock because I couldn't foresee something 3-5 moves ahead.

Like this game is hard af. I became a top 5% player in Rocket League in a year, but chess is just different. I'm still technically a top 30-20% player on chess.com, but those stats are apparently skewed. Yall are fucking mathlets or strategic prodigies or something.... rant over.... peace ✌️
