Kia Niro Hybrid 2023 65k mileage vs MG HS 2022 24k mileage

Hi Folks,

I am going to buy the car tomorrow. I have finalised on Kia Niro Hybrid 2023 (newer model trim 2) for 14k price but looking at price and mileage MG HS looks good deal to me . If i raise my budget 1k more i can get a newer MG with lesser mileage.

Now i am confused , thinking Kia is more reliable and has used saleable price but i am first time driver and just do occasionally drive just social one thinking og MG now.

Please advise

Used Kia Niro Hybrid

Hi, I am looking to buy this car https://www.graingermotorgroup.com/kia/used-cars/niro-hybrid/2/16h-gdi-2-suv-5dr-petrol-hybrid-dct-euro-6-ss-139-bhp/7391 . It’s going to be first car and I am inclined to buy from dealer as it’s giving 12 months additional warranty. But there is a recent mot fail of “Engine MIL inoperative or indicates a malfunction ( 8. 2.1.2(h)) . Should I be concerned before buying. The dealer said it’s a minor sensor issue and already fixed . I have seen the video and no issue seen on the dashboard. Any suggestions before go ahead?
