My Olivia Rodrigo tickets were voided and refunded but I barely found out from the PayPal email. Apparently 6 days ago I got an email warning that my tickets had been canceled and that I needed to submit an appeal but I had no clue this email had been sent until now. I contacted support and they told me my case has been escalated and to wait 3-5 business days for a response. Does anyone have any experience with this? I really don't want to lose my seats because I've already bought the flight tickets and Airbnb, this really fucking sucks 😭

I'm not going to touch my refund until this is all sorted out. I wish they sent me a notification through text or the app but I received nothing other than that email that got buried in my inbox.

Edit: In case I don't get my seats back (which seems likely seeing as how I've already been refunded) what is the best way to get resale tickets? I don't know a lot about concerts and this was going to be my first big one, I'm seeing some seats that are still open on stubhub but is this a good site to get tickets from??

Ok the weirdest thing just happened, after 10 appeals over the course of 3 weeks (banned on June 2nd) and 6 rejection email I was just suddenly restored?? I sent an appeal email like 10 minutes before then just out of frustration since the xdev thread closed (which I did post in with an alt) and then I got that email saying its been restored. I also reached out to premium with an alt and did manage to reach a human a week before this (but of course they closed my ticket). Now I'm not going to touch it because I've seen that people get banned again just by scrolling but here is the shitty appeal I sent. It may not work for others but just thought I'd share. I think what also helped was posting on the forum and not appealing for a couple of days after the last rejection.

"I'm tired boss, I just want my account back its been 3 weeks, 10 appeals and 6 rejections with no instructions given on how to restore the account. This appeal form is BROKEN. I've done nothing wrong, I have not violated any rules regarding inauthencity. My account is a fan account, retweeting, liking and very occasionally replying to posts. I do not run any sort of bot farms or scams or seeked to impersonate anyone else, just little old me and my 10 year old account. Pretty please with a cherry on top unban my account and make sure it stays unbanned."

Edit: more device info, did all appeals from android phone on Firefox, first 7 appeals sent with ublock turned on, turned off ublock on the last 4. No VPN.
