2 1/2 Hours Scarborough to Burlington?

I'm helping some friends move from Scarborough to Burlington the first week of September. Just the packing part. They have a big house so they're using a local moving company (Miracle Movers), but they sent me the timeline for the move and it seems... excessive. The quote includes an estimated 2 1/2 hours of drive time between Scarborough and Burlington, which is like twice as long as it takes. Is this normal with movers? I can't imagine it taking 2+ hours to get from one side of the GTA to the other.

Would this be beneficial in the long run?

I'm trying to determine if it would be beneficial to advertise in a the Digital OOH space. I'm seeing more and more improvements to the service and how much technology is able to be used in the sector. With that comes more opportunity to try to capture your audience with more stunning visuals than traditional OOH billboard campaigns.

Which brings me to my main question, would this be beneficial in the long run? How would advertising in this space be best applicable is something I still am trying to determine, but how much engagement would this generate? I have seen campaigns run by other companies that were really popular, like NeoPangea's Star Trek billboard campaign, but would it be just as popular if it were advertising a tech company, or small and local business?

Trying to determine if benefits outweigh risk, and have sustainable ROI.
