Has anyone else on GLP-1 meds noticed weird body composition changes besides just weight loss?

Like less strength, feeling smaller in a bad way, low energy, muscle loss, etc.

I feel like everyone talks about the scale going down but not much about how your body actually feels during it.

I'll be okay with personal dms too.
