Anyone know how Bocconi convert our GPA in the scale of 4 in Bocconi GPA?

Hi guys. My 2nd last GPA is 3.69, and my 3rd last GPA is 3.73.

Anyone knows how is Bocconi going to convert GPA in scale of 4 like those to their Bocconi GPA which is in scale of 10?

Also, my cumulative GPA includes PE (cuz I can't remove it due to policy of country I stay)

I'd be delighted if anyone who has used GPA caluclator in Bocconi portal giving info🙏

A Japanese students who wants to study in Milan here. Anyone help answering my questions regarding racism and safety?

I’m a Japanese student planning to study for my bachelor’s degree in Milan. I'm really excited, but I have a few concerns regarding safety and racism

I’ve heard scary news about random attacks or stabbings in public places. I currently live in Bangkok, where I always practice high situational awareness. If I stick to safe neighborhoods, avoid going out late alone, and stay out of dark, empty alleys, can I live there relatively safely? (Also, I am 5'10, so I'm a bit taller than average Japanese, though I'm not sure if that matters)

I’m only staying for my bachelor's and plan to return to Japan (or do a master's elsewhere). I will respect local rules and am planning to study Italian to at least a B2 level. Will I face severe racism or physical assault? (I'm used to minor verbal microaggressions(Ching chong smth), so I'm not worried about name-calling).

What do you guys think? Any tips? I really appreciate ur opinion🙏

How does maintainance of multicultural environment work in Bocconi admission?

Hello guys. As I read through official admission page of Bocconi, I found intersting sentence there.

In order to maintain the multicultural environment that has always distinguished Bocconi, in the event that we receive an extraordinarily high number of applications in one round of selection, we will consider balancing the admissions offers to ensure diversity in terms of applicants’ profiles, backgrounds, and nationality.

Does anyone know what it exactly means? Does this imply smth like they are gonna restrict offers for applicants from major applicants' pools( India, Pakistan, Turkey and Europe) and ensure some applicants from minor applicants' pools(like South Korea or Japan) to get offers even if they have lower grades than major applicants?

What do u guys think?

What happened to Avg SAT scores for accepted applicants in SILS and PSE?

Guys, I've checked 25/26 Avg SAT score for accepted applicants officially released by Waseda , and I was shocked by how much the scores increase from previous years.

SILS Avg for 2023~2025 1,416 -> Avg for 25/26 1,452. It's 36 up😭

PSE Avg for 2023~2025 1,453.8. -> Avg for 25/26 1,490.8 it's 37 up😭

Anyone has some ideas why there is such a high jump????
