Please help me adjust the fan settings.

For both idle and gaming.

Usually while gaming I keep the fan on full speed (in custom) but need some setting recommendation when my laptop is in idle mode.

How do I fix it?

Please help.

I have tried reinstalling nvidia gpu drivers , turning off upscaling, turning on lumen. Doesn't seem to work.

My specs - i5 12450 hx - 3050 rtx -

How do I switch between plans and packs ? Like jio app. Is it possible to do it here in BSNL self care app?
