Is there a kind of AA not focused on religion?
Drank daily for 10+ years, haven’t since July 3rd after tapering and the worst sickness of my life (withdrawal)… I know I have done damage some possibly irreparable to my body. My husband still drinks, is on the couch drinking next to me as I type this 😔 I’m finding myself starting to struggle t stay sober. I feel like I need a group or community, somewhere to go to talk to people who can relate but I don’t think AA is for me, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
