





Bulk or cut?
I went from 82 kg (181 lbs) to 78 kg (172 lbs), but I still don’t really see a six-pack. Sometimes I can see it in good lighting or after a workout. I’ve been training abs for months and I’ve been cutting for a while now. Should I lose more weight, or bulk? I really want a sixpack
