I’ve been trying to make different cuisines and I am having the hardest time finding ANYTHING in this town or anywhere surrounding Durango. Does anyone know where I can buy Vietnamese and Indian spices around here so I don’t have to give my money to Walmart?

I have a 3D layered display of the West End that I need a frame for. I found this piece at Goodwill, and the frame broke. It's 22x11in, and I'm having trouble finding a frame that won't squish it down. Does anyone know where I can get a frame that'll hold it?
