Hello.

While experimenting, I disabled the touchscreen and the built-in controller on my ROG Xbox Ally X. Now I can't use the buttons or the screen to re-enable those options... I didn't realize it would disable all the controls. Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

I was already doing ERP therapy with a psychologist and taking 50 mg of sertraline, but I feel overwhelmed.

I mainly have emotional contamination OCD and harm OCD. My cat was hit by a car right in front of my house, and the scene was traumatic. We loved her dearly and took very good care of her. We're devastated, and our grief is immense.

My sadness and pain are huge, and my OCD adds yet another layer to it. I have a hard time looking at the road in front of my house. My curtains facing that direction stay closed all the time. When I'm in my living room or my office, whenever I look at my partner, I also look, even without seeing it directly, toward the spot in our yard where we buried the cat's urn along with her fur and her collar with the crushed bell.

My OCD makes me anxious and uncomfortable because I feel like I'm associating death and the traumatic images of the cat with the things I love, including my partner.

Do you have any advice on how to get past this and feel at peace at home?

I have emotional contamination, moral and harm OCD, and my cat brings dead shrews right in front or back of my house. Yet she wears a bell collar, and I don't let her go outside at dawn, dusk, or at night.

I can't help but feel like my cat is contaminating everything she touches in the house with death and slaughter now.

To be more precise, it's not the dirt or the germs that bother me, but the potential particles that might contain traces of slaughter and death, this is why I call it emotional contamination OCD.

I'm not looking for reassurance, but rather for advice on how to cope with my OCD in this situation.

Are there other people here who suffer from moral or emotional contamination? How do you deal with triggers like this?

Hello everyone,

On my ROG Xbox Ally X, I'm running Assassin's Creed Syndicate at around 50 fps, even though the game is over 10 years old. Whether I set the graphics to high, medium, or low, or change the resolution, it stays around 50 fps. I'm in Turbo mode, plugged into the wall, and the fps aren't locked. My CPU and GPU aren’t even at 100%; they’re around 60–70%.

Do you have any ideas on what I can do to improve the frame rate?
