Wisconsin Eye Protection Requirement

I just found out that the state of Wisconsin ATV/UTV regulations added this:

No person may operate or be a passenger in an ATV or UTV without wearing glasses, goggles, or a protective face shield, unless the vehicle has a windshield.

'26 Traverse SIL Recommended Lift Points

Per my previous post about 2026 Traverse jack points, here are my son-in-law's floor jack lift point recommendations. Green is preferred, yellow is the second choice, red is avoid.

The picture with the single green circle is the front, and if you look closely you can see marks indicating this is what my dealer or someone pre-dealer (assembly plant?) used.

The picture with multiple circles is the rear. If you look closely you'll see marks in the red circle that are the lift points that my dealer or someone pre-dealer (assembly plant?) used.

Note that this is a very early model 2026 vehicle purchased in August, 2025, so I don't think anyone but the assembly plant, shipping, or my dealer might have lifted it.

I was thinking of spraying some Fluid Film on those marks to prevent rust, but didn't with the thought that putting a lubricant on jack points might be a bad idea.

2026 Traverse Floor Jack Points

I know where the Chevy Traverse manual's jack points are on the outer edges of the body, but it sure looks to me like using a floor jack at those points would damage the plastic trim which appears to be level with the bottom of the sheet metal. I also worry that it will damage the sheet metal itself.

Can anyone with experience give advice on using a floor jack with a 2024-2026 Chevy Traverse?
