I played the Switch version of AC7...

...and have to say that at first, i was worried. Worried because most AAA ports runs awful, but Ace Combat 7 runs awesome.

The Switch was not mine, so i played until 8th mission i think (the first time you face Mr X). And was surprised how well it runs. I used a Switch Lite btw.

Honestly, after seeing that the Switch runs Overcooked 2 at 30 fps, i didn't expect it to run AC7 that good. Idk if OC2 it's bad optimized and/or AC7 is very good optimized, but i liked it a lot and had so much fun.

You know that airplane games aren't that famous as other genres like FPS or RPG. But still we managed to have more than 10 games in this franchise, and while some of them are exclusives, Ace Combat 7 broke that fence and went to every console from their generation.

Love you Namco, i hope you revive Ridge Racer someday

Are the latest C&C games worth to play?

Hi commanders! I've been playing this game since i was 4, i met Red Alert on my PS1 and since then, i loved it. In fact, i first played Dune 2000 (which i also love that much, but didn't like Emperor Battle for Dune or Dune I/II) and when i saw Red Alert was made by Westwood, i took it with no doubt.

Of course as time passes, i played the whole saga. I've played Tiberium Alliances in 2011 or so, after the disappointment of C&C 4 (which i feel so sad remembering it, as it had a truly potential as the ending of this mythic saga). I won one of the first maps in their release as i was part of an importart clan, but after that, i just quit. Since then, i had a hiatus with the franchise.

In 2020 or so, i played C&C Remastered and relived my memories, i've completed all the achievements and after that, i've bought the Ultimate Collection and did a Hard run of all campaigns. I think Nod run of Tiberian Dawn and Tiberian Sun are the hardest ones. Loved Generals, but skipped Renegades, it aged so bad. I also bought Red Alert 3 for PS3 and earned the platinum, i enjoyed the Coop although it was very unstable.

Right now, my friend gift me his PSP, and played Red Alert again. I know the soviet campaign from start to end, as it is my favourite. After a few skirmishes, i decided to try to come back to the saga again.

But believe or not, i just realized there are two mobile games, C&C Rivals and C&C Legions. Are they worth to play? I mean, YES, I KNOW THEY'RE NOT RTS. But as they are free to play, i'm worried that they can be pay to win or something like that.

I'm playing Art of War 3 in my phone, it's fun but PvP can be a crushing experience. On my PC, i'm playing Age of Empires III DE and Stronghold Crusader Remastered, and while they are very fun, i think i need some tanks and nuclear bombs here and there. I'm keeping an eye on Tempest Rising. What are other good RTS game to try? It doesn't have to be new, as i'm also thinking of buy Halo Wars, and an old Star Wars RTS game which i don't remember the name right now.
